Six Point Summer Camp is a week-long, hands-on outdoor education experience designed for children ages 7–14. Our camp blends practical outdoor skills, teamwork, and problem-solving in a structured, supportive environment that encourages confidence, independence, and curiosity.
This program is ideal for children who benefit from active learning, enjoy being outdoors, and thrive when challenged in positive, age-appropriate ways. No prior experience is required.

Daily Schedule
Monday–Thursday
Drop-off: 8:30–9:00 AM
Pick-up: 3:30–4:00 PM
Friday
Drop-off: 8:30–9:00 AM
Pick-up: 11:30 AM–12:00 PM
Each day includes a balance of instruction, hands-on activities, team challenges, breaks, and free movement time.
Program Overview:
What Campers Will Learn & Do
Throughout the week, campers participate in guided, hands-on activities focused on outdoor skills, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving. Activities are adjusted by age and ability to ensure all students are challenged while remaining safe and supported.
Skills and experiences may include:
Fire-building fundamentals
Wilderness first aid basics
Shelter-building and materials use
Navigation and map skills
Food and water procurement concepts
Team-based challenges and problem-solving scenarios
Leadership, communication, and cooperation exercises
Our goal is not just to teach skills, but to help students build confidence, resilience, and the ability to work effectively with others.
Outdoor & Indoor Balance
Six Point Summer Camp is primarily outdoor-based. Campers should expect to spend several hours outdoors each day, engaging in physical activity and skill-building.
We also provide indoor space for:
Cooling off and hydration breaks
Bathroom access
Instructional transitions
Weather-related adjustments
This ensures students remain safe and comfortable throughout the day.
What’s Included:
We provide all necessary survival equipment and materials used during camp activities. Campers do not need to bring any specialized gear.
What Campers Need to Bring
Parents are responsible for sending campers with:
A water bottle
Lunch and snacks
Sunscreen
Weather-appropriate clothing
Closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor activity
We recommend clothing that can get dirty and is appropriate for heat, sun, and movement.
Cost & Payment Options
Auto-pay members: One full week of summer camp is included in your membership
Non-members: $250 per week
Step Up for Students – Direct Pay Eligible
Six Point Survival is an approved Direct Pay provider
Funds may be reserved through the Step Up marketplace
There are no limits—students may attend both weeks using Step Up funding
