The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Six Point Survival LLC services provided on the SixPtSurvival.com website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Booking and Payment:

  • By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself.

  • Payment for our services is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Service Limitations:

  • Our services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

  • We do not guarantee the availability of specific dates or times for bookings.

Liability and Indemnification:

  • Six Point Survival LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

  • By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Six Point Survival LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

Intellectual Property:

  • All content included on the Crabislandparties.com website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Six Point Survival LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Okaloosa County Court Magistrate and the State of Florida.

Pre-Registration Policy for Classes

Purpose: To ensure a smooth and organized process for registering participants in our survival classes, enhancing the overall experience and ensuring adequate preparation.

1. Eligibility

  • Age Requirements: Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for each class, which will be specified in the class description. We recommend a minimum age of seven for the best learning experience, however, there can be exceptions at times. 

2. Pre-Registration Process

  • Online Registration: Participants must purchase and book a class or membership online, available on our website, and complete the new participant packet that will be emailed directly to you after your first purchase.

  • Consent Forms: Participants will be required to sign consent forms, including waivers of liability and media release forms, as part of the registration process.

  • Information Required: The registration form will require the following information:

    • Full Name

    • Contact Information (email and phone number)

    • Emergency Contact Information

    • Age

    • Relevant Medical Information (allergies, medical conditions, etc.)

3. Registration Deadlines

  • Deadline: Pre-registration must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the class start time.

  • Late Registrations: Late registrations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and instructor approval.

4. Payment

  • Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods include credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

  • Payment Deadline: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your students' spot in the class.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Participant: Participants may cancel their registration up to 24 hours before the class start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Safety First: We prioritize the safety of our participants and staff. Classes may be canceled in the event of severe weather conditions. Classes will, however, continue in light rain or slightly disagreeable conditions. Please prepare with proper attire in these situations. 

  • Health and Well-being: If an instructor is ill or otherwise unavailable, and a suitable substitute instructor cannot be found, we may cancel the class to ensure the quality and safety of the learning experience.

  • Minimum Enrollment: Each class requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If the minimum enrollment is not met by the registration deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the class.

6. Class Capacity

  • Class Size: Each class will have a maximum capacity, which will be specified in the class description. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Communication

  • Confirmation: Participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration, including class details and any preparatory information.

  • Updates: Any updates or changes to the class schedule or location will be communicated promptly via email and can be found on our Facebook business page.

Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
